Ryder Cochrane
HEAD COACH
Entering his second season as the Lakers’ varsity head coach, Coach Ryder previously served seven years as the inaugural head coach at Mountainside HS. He hails from Eugene, OR, where he graduated from South Eugene as the program’s all-time leader in saves and save percentage. A 2017 graduate from Oregon State University, he played at both Oregon and Oregon State.
In addition to Lake Oswego, Coach Ryder is a a club coach for Team Oregon, a box lacrosse coach for the PNW Mountaineers and competes internationally for the Moon Bears box lacrosse program.
